I feel a second brain in my abdomen.
I’m an autistic/ADHD (AuDHD) adult. I live in a country where there is no official diagnosis process for these conditions in adults, and we don t have ADHD meds available in the country. I went through two traumatic situations, one after the other, over a long period of time. Now my symptoms are severe depression I can physically feel it in my brain, like my brain wants to shut down and there is no activity and severe anxiety. I also feel the same sensation in my abdomen area. It’s as if my whole abdomen/gut area is depressed too, like I have a second brain in my abdomen/gut.
I tried Different SSRI but i don t like the sexual dysfunction that they cause, Wellbutrin is the only medication that helped me but when it wear off i feel the sensation again in my gut.
Are you familiar with this condition, and what can help in this situation?
