I live at a skyhome at hope + flower (6000$ rent)
in a weird situation. April 15 I got a three day cure quit notice for loud music. I complied and I didn’t play music during that period. Yesterday I went down to the leasing office because my key fob wasn’t working. I was giving them a little bit attitude then the leasing office lady takes me aside and tells me that she wants to talk to me. Then she proceeds to say that I have a video footage of you playing music Sunday, which is completely false because I wasn’t home at that time and I had that recorded when she was saying that. Prior to that the Front Desk office offered to take care of those complaints if I send him money (have receipts of money being sent). I go back to my apartment and I noticed that they disabled me from paying rent online. I emailed them letting him know that I can’t pay online then today I get a three day notice to quit. And the three day notice to quit did not have the claim about the video footage, however it did say that there was music playing this past Saturday, which was way past the three day notice to breaching and cure. So I pretty much have extortions and false claims from them. Do I contact lawyers or do I move out within the three day period?
