Dog wanted but not going to meet our size requirement (AR)
Please please help me, my roommates and I want this lab puppy literally the perfect dog however she wouldn’t meet these requirements is there anyway around this that could make it fine for us to have her

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
Chihuahua
Havanese
Maltese
Miniature Poodle
Miniature Schnauzer
Papillon
Pekingese
Pomeranian
Pug
Shih Tzu
Toy Poodle
Yorkshire Terrier
Certain additional small breeds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on size, temperament, rental history, and insurance eligibility.
Pet requirements:
Maximum weight limit: 25 lbs
Current vaccination records required
No aggressive behavior or bite history
Renter’s insurance with pet liability coverage may be required
Due to insurance and liability restrictions, some breeds and mixes may not be eligible for approval.
