Soooo I never understood what y’all meant when referring to some of the lip treatments tasting like soap because I’ve never experienced it. Got my most recent order in the mail and was sooo excited to try salted caramel only to find out IT TASTES LIKE SOAP!!! Like literally to the point where I can’t even use it. It smells great but once I put it on my lips it’s disgusting.
Super disappointing buuuut thankfully when I went to process a return they told me no need to send the product back and they will just refund my money.
Soooooo today my package with $150 worth of products got delivered to the wrong address.
No clue why rhode doesn’t just use traditional shipping carriers like UPS or fedex but my orders are always delivered by some third party company called CDL. PLEASE NOTE I did not select this carrier and I’ve had no issues with them for my past 3 orders but this was my biggest order yet AND it had 2 of the banana lippies in it which is now sold out so if I don’t get it I’m going to be so disappointed.
I drove all around the neighborhood to try and identify the front porch in the photo but no luck. Called CDL and they said they will have the driver attempt to retrieve and redeliver the package. Fingers crossed that a neighbors just drops it off for me but I am SAD AND MAD.
Why does Rhode not just use a traditional carrier instead of this bs where a random person with no sense of navigation is delivering packages. Also, it’s 2026, how does this even happen in the first place with GPS?
CDL said if I don’t receive my package by 8pm tomorrow I will need to contact rhode and explain the whole situation to them for a refund or reshipment but again MY BANANA LIPPIES WILL BE GONE FOREVER 😭😭💔💔💔💔
