Same as the title. I am a nursing student from India, 21 and confused. I have planned to move to Germany after graduation. I know all the steps from the research I've done on the Internet solely. Like getting your credentials Translated to German and verified. Passing the language exam. Finding an employer going to Germany. Doing the adaptation course. Passing the Kenntnisprüfung or Anerkennung exam And getting your license registered. I mean, it all sounds very straightforward on paper. But I haven't really talked to anyone who has been through this process. So I have no real insight. Also, I haven't really received good reviews from people who have moved there. Some say that in general German people are very cold. The bureaucracy sucks. And it takes hell amount of time for any paperwork or to do anything. And you can't be Integrated and assimilated into German society No matter How hard you try. I remember in one review. I read in a review that one person wasn't permitted to see their Critically Ill mother and she ended up passing two days later (This came as a major blow because I have a single mother). How much of it is True? If someone wants to share their experience, positive or negative. Or want to give me any advice? It would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Same as title. For context I am a Nursing student from India, 21 and confused. I have a single mother, and I am quite extroverted by personality. My literal goal is to take care of my mother while also travelling the world, meeting new people and exploring(striking a balance basically). I first thought of moving to the States but the Visa process there takes too long (13 years for EB3), also healthcare is not too good. In UK the job market is pretty bad. In Germany the bureaucracy sucks and people are cold in general, keeping aside the language barrier. Don't get me wrong, I an not delusional who thinks life is all rainbows and sunshine. I know one has to work hard and bust their butt to move to another country and integrate. But since it is a big decision I want to take other people's perspective too. Any advice is much appreciated.
