I did a software update this week and one of my contact's chat disappeared. I've gone through all the settings and discovered it in Spam. However, there is no "undo" or restore or any way to remove it from there. I'm not getting any chat notifications unless I go into the contact profile and open messaging from there. Their calls are still coming through.
any tips? anyone else experience this?
neighbours are severe drug users, the house is constant chaos. They have 3 pitty's that are very sweet but are seriously neglected and run the street at large without the owner present. They leave their front door open and they just run up and down the street barking at people.
Anyway, one of the dogs approached me and my dog today and I saw these skin issues:

I talked to the owner and he said the dog has anxiety and to use "vagina cream" (Which I believe hes referring to yeast infection cream) but I don't know his source for that info.
Does this look like it could be contagious to another dog? I know you can't say for sure without sampling, but does it appear consistent with something that could be? I absolutely wash my hands beforev touching my own dog (if I have to stop him from going up my porch towards my own dog).
is there anything I can do to help this dog ?
I'm in Ontario, Canada and I'm thinking about emailing the photos to animal control.
