A utility worker showed up unannounced said he was there to change a battery on the meter and that he needed to turn water off for five minutes. Then he pressure washed inside the utility box, assuming because of spiders, upon evaluation, he didn't just change a battery.He changed out the whole meter... this is about 4 days ago and I just find it really strange that every time I open this box. It's appearing to be really wet around the meter on both sides of the pipe. Also, the cracks on the sidewalk were not there prior to him doing that. Should I be getting hold of the utility to come check it out or what?
