I've always been able to use a card, I've always had several options. I'm from Argentina and now only PayPal appears. What do I do? Is this an error with my account or is it like this for everyone?

My account is 18+

I have Roblox Premium, and with the new Roblox Plus, I saw that I have the option for a one-month free trial. Everything is fine with my card, but it's still being rejected. Do I have to wait until my Premium expires to replace it with Plus or what?
