Leak from shower handle Mo

Found the cause of a leak came from upstairs master shower handle. When I change the selector from main shower head to shower wand, the leaks starts to come down. I changed the cartridge months ago. Could it be that or is it something from the selector handle. Do I now have to worry about major damage within the walls? Will a restoration company have to busy open the shower wall to dry it out completely or can it be done from beneath?

Mystery leak question

Attached is a picture of plumbing in my garage ceiling. Right above is the master bathroom. This morning the floor was wet and when I checked it out, drops were coming down from the top. My wife was using the shower at the time. I pulled the drywall and it was for sure wet (duh). However I am now trying to see where the leak is coming from and it is now not leaking anywhere. The leak was right where the ceiling joist was. I had my wife turn on both the shower and faucets, flush the toilet, but no more leak. What could it have been??? Thanks for the help.

Anyone else on the same boat with me where they like the slight feeling of the side effects of R3ta? I'm only talking about a very light feeling of the nausea. I know it's weird but I guess it lets me know its working and its legit.
