Washed contact case with tap water😭

Okay so basically, I just got contact lenses today. I was taking them out when one by one they both accidentally slipped and stuck to my mirror so I took them out washed them with solution and rinsed them with it then put them back in the solution.

Then I realised there were small hair kinda stuff in the solution so I took my lens out and put them in their original box where they came from and rinsed the contact case with tap water(mind you where I'm from tap water isnt the best for drinking) and then I left them to dry and shook them then put solution in them and then put my lens. Then I got to know that tap water is REALLY bad for contacts!

So I put the lenses back in their original box and emptied the solution from the contact case and rinsed the contact case with the solution 2-3 times then I filled it with solution again and after that I took my lens one by one rinsed them with solution in my palm 2-3 times asw then put them in the contact case and its been 1.5 hours since I left them in the case. And the contact case is closed.

I've read you should leave them in there for 6-8 hours or more so that's what I'm doing. I would've bought another lens but the event is tomorrow and I've got no time. Is it safe if I wear the lens after 8 hours?

TDLR, rinsed case with tap water then dried it then cleaned with solution, what do I do?

Esl speaking

Guys if we speak more than the maximum time do we lose marks? And will there be some timer in front of us so we know how long its been since we started speaking?
