Unilever people, please tell me this isn’t normal!! 😭
First time working with Unilever as a client and I need to ask: can a 3rd party agency/enabler/contractor file formal feedback or a complaint against a Unilever employee?
I just started working corp and honestly, UL was one of my dream companies. I was soo excited na i got to have them as a client. But now we’re working with a marketing/social person who is easily one of the most difficult clients I’ve encountered. My senior coworkers who have decades of experience also say the same
I get client servicing, urgency and pressure. But this is next-level “everyone should be at my beck and call” behavior: last-minute demands, extremly rude and demeaning insulting language, after-hours expectations, unnecessary escalations, and making even small tasks feel extremely hostile. Borderline harassment na tbh.
What’s weird is everyone around her acts like this is normal like ganito talaga culture when dealing with servicing teams. Meanwhile, people on the agency side are quietly losing their minds 😭
So genuinely asking: does UL have a process for external partners to raise this kind of concern? Or is this just a “smile and survive” big corp situation?
Dream company turned corporate nightmare real quick 😭
