Calorie Deficit Advice

Hello everyone, I would like to ask everyone for advice. I'm 24 years old, BW: 100, Height: 5'7. I workout 2-3x per week; my current workout program is Stronglifts 5x5 and I still see progression on the weights I lift: Sq: 102.5kg, Bench: 57.5kg, Deadlift: 135kg, OHP:50kg, and Barbell row: 72.5; all at 5 reps, on top of that I also try to aim for 10k+ steps per day.

I started my deficit on March 30, 2026 starting Cal is at: 2100. For the last three weeks I have eaten at 1800-1900 calories, with some days I eat over that range because of celebrations, bdays etc. I also plan to end my defict on May 31. Personally, I think my sleep is where I feel I'm not consistent since most days I only sleep 6hrs especially on weekdays, and I stay up late during the weekend then sleep much longer 7hrs+.

My starting BW average for a week (March 18 to 24) was at 101.27. Last week, my BW average (May 4 to 10) at 100.28.

On a per week basis the most weight loss I achieved is at .5 kg which is at the first week of my Calorie Deficit.

My problem is that I feel I am not making much progress since most videos I watch they say you must aim to lose at least 10% of your BW per week. Then I'm also furious with the weighing scale because even though I'm eating 1800-1900 + doing 10k+ steps, it still won't budge and go below 100kg. I really want to go down to 85kg to 90kg BW range so I can see how much muscle I am working with.

That's why I am here asking for advice on what I can improve on, and what I should do differently.

An advance thank you for inputs and ideas 🙏

Need some Advice

Hey guys, I've been doing the SL 5x5 Program since 2024, I purchased the Lifetime plan. I am still doing the base program which is the SL 5x5. The positive thing that happened is that I increased the weight in all my lifts. Currently my Squat is at 100kg, Bench is at 57.5 Deadlift at 135kg, Row is at 70 kg, Overhead Press is at 47.5 all at 5 reps. I know they are pretty low for a two year period since I had some deload phase over some time because of some events in my personal life.

I am pretty happy with my progress based on how much I can lift, I'm just not satisfied with how my body looks since I have some size but not pretty mascular, my weight is 100kg height is 5'8 at 25 yrs old. Last Dexa Scan I was at 30% body fat. I have been on a cal deficit since March and I'm ending at the end of May, I also accompany my deficit with hitting 10k+ steps per day.

Is there any advice on how I can make my physique more mascular, while using SL app?

I'm open to suggestions especially to the guys/gals who have been on the same journey.
