Hi all,
I’m just rewriting my gym plan from bro splits to mixing things together to reduce fatigue (and to protect my back). Would anyone be able to give some feedback to see if I’m missing anything major? I don’t do deadlifts or RDLs because of a back disc injury so I would value particularly if I could use a new exercise to add in as I’m trying to grow big legs!
