Picked up this Matty Boy trucker hat for $200 in pretty rough shape and decided to try restoring it. It was heavily sun faded, dirty, misshapen, and had some wear on the hardware, but I saw potential in it. Been cleaning it up and working on bringing the color back without damaging the graphics or patch. Still not perfect, but the difference from when I bought it is crazy.

Posting some before/after pics because I always like seeing worn pieces get a second life instead of getting thrown away.
