What Bloomington street/block needs a sustainability glow‑up?
I’m in an IU class where we have to redesign a Bloomington street/corridor to make it more sustainable (better for walking/biking, less heat, less flooding, more trees, etc.).
Before my group picks a spot, I wanted to ask the people who actually live here:
What areas in town feel unsafe, ugly, too hot, flood‑prone, or just badly designed?
Could be a specific block, intersection, or stretch you avoid or complain about.
Drop any suggestions or photos. Would love to hear what spots you think need help.
Thanks!
