hi everyone! im not fully sure what kind of hair I might have so I thought to ask here because there’s definitely a pattern. sometimes I’ll get single curls like the first 2 photos above, other times my hair will look wavy like the 3rd and 4th. I was thinking of getting maybe a different haircut or going to a professional since I don’t know what the full potential of my hair looks like. I have grown out layers. if anyone can drop tips that would help really helpful, I’ve tried a lot of those TikTok routines and they just don’t work for me. im the only one in my family with textured hair

routine : I use different products sometimes but my main ones are a very little bit of either Miss Jessie’s Curl Cream or Not Your Mother’s, Rizos curl defining mousse or The Doux Mousse, I don’t use any gel at the moment because I haven’t been able to get good results. I scrunch product in and diffuse. I use a clarifying shampoo from L’Oréal and dove repairing shampoo and conditioner. I sleep with a bonnet if my curls come out good and I don’t refresh because usually they don’t last too long
