I’m not necessarily speaking on the drop off rate because that I can understand its importance. But why are we being basically negatively rated for the store pickup time? There’s so many times where I’m stuck waiting for the food to be ready and we have absolutely no control over that? Like the order on my photo I got here at 9:13 and it’s due to pick up at 9:15 but they just started the order when I got here. Why does uber hate their drivers so much?
