23 | F | Hello all, I posted last week and figured I would give an update. I am just starting to go back to the gym and my left glute is still definitely larger than the right and has that annoying skin fold under the cheek. Should I be working out one leg more than the other, and if so which? Do you think there’s any hope for my glutes to not be saggy and uneven?

Hello all!! Just recently I’ve been noticing a difference in size between my glutes. My left glute is noticeably larger and also has this weird double roll pocket of fat/skin that I have never noticed before last week. At my thinnest I was 120lbs in 2023 and I unfortunately got into bad eating habits and have been 180lbs for 2 years. I have only been able to lose 5lbs (I am now 175lbs) over 2 months, so I don’t think it would be caused by the weight loss. However, I had been going consistently to the gym for a few months and this image is after carelessly skipping the gym for 2.5 weeks. Do you think there is any possibility I can get my glutes looking more round and firm as well as even in size? I’m worried the roll under is going to become loose skin. I know I need to lose weight as well. I absolutely hate looking at my bum and now with the extra roll, I look strange in some pants. Photos included for context (photo in the green sweater was from 2023 at 120lbs)
