All of our self checkouts are defaulting to lane closed which is a problem in and of itself, but at the moment my primary concern is our cash sco. Every time I hit cash recycler it reverts back to the lane closed screen. I've turned them off and back on and disconnected and reconnected our internet and those haven't worked. Any ideas before I have to resort to calling IT?
