Anyone here who owns a lot in Santa Rosa, Laguna? Within Nuvali, Eton City, Greenfield City or Crown Asia?

Did your HOA in 2026 increased by 50% per sqm this year? I was only paying for 15PHP per sqm last year and it jumped to 22.5PHP per sqm this year.

Any thoughts from you guys on the reason behind this increase? I didn’t even receive a memo justifying the increase. Was this because of Ayala Land’s announcement of a new CBD, called Metro Nuvali?
