Maytag Skybox Front sign

Hello, I recently bought a Maytag Skybox vending machine and I’ve been looking to get a new custom sign made for the front. Mine is warped and faded. I don’t know what material it is or what to ask to get made.

It’s got a light behind it and shines through a little bit. I will add a picture of what one looks like with a panel in it.

Does anyone knows what kind of material should look for or where to get some made with my own design
