After a terrible patch and a half-assed apology over it we ought to pay them for equally lazy mounts and housing decor models... Least they could do is put out an actionable plan on how we can expect to see them work on the game in the future. Put out polls for people to clearly pin point biggest hurdles ( even tho there is plenty of posts about what's not working but just so they have a clear overview and we have some engagement).

Edit: A lot of comments decided to focus on in-game shop which I don't really mind it is what it is most games have it nowadays. As someone else said poor timing of it makes it look really bad. My biggest issue here is that problems remained unaddressed. Sub was full of posts regarding broken game features from class, achievement, combat, ui bugs and in blizz replay there was no proper acknowledgement of it just a lazy (probably ai generated) apology and "we will do better next time" which we heard before. Also I am aware that bugs are getting fixed, now each day we get some fix but what I'm really aiming for here is that as a community we should hold them accountable for what they promise and don't deliver.
