So another apk I've been using the past week. This does have live TV/Sports but from my experience seems to be a hit and a miss. Main reason is for the movies/TV show's. Can only stream and not download. Every movie I've watched I haven't encountered any buffering which is good. Like most apks when you click on a movie it will bring up a number of streams to choose from. I will post the link is the message's.

CinemaHQ seems to be working fine for now, can't download a movie, only stream it! Recently MovieHD and HDO Box are gone. TeaTV also still works for now and some streams let you download the movie, but soon I expect that to be down as a message popped up saying 'they are not giving anymore updates'.
