Hi!! I have been committed to IU Kelley for Marketing for a while now, and I just got off the waitlist for Wisconsin today and I have ten days to decide what to do. Marketing is ranked number four in the country at Indiana, but Wisconsin comes in at a close second because I think that they’re ranked number six. I wanted to know if it’s worth visiting Wisconsin and potentially making the switch. I like many other business majors want a school that not only has many hands on/real world opportunity but also a school that will give me good connections within the school and postgrad (In this case, specifically as a marketing major and preferably employers in the New York area). i’ve already put down my housing deposit, found a roommate and visited the campus at Indiana and I love everything about it, but I don’t have much to compare it to because the only other big school I have visited is Penn State. Please give me non-biased opinions on what to do!!!
(I am direct admit into business school at both btw)
