I know passion flowers are supposed to come back but mine looks pretty dead... I don't know if the winter was too harsh since we did get two blizzards. I cut back the excess vines this morning and as I was doing it I had my doubts on whether it was worth it or if it should be pulled up. Is this beyond saving?

I'm in zone 7A
