How do you track estimates that need follow-up?
For solo contractors or home-service business owners, how do you currently track unpaid jobs, estimate follow-ups, customers to call/text back, and review requests?
I’m testing a simple no-subscription tracker for this because I’m trying to understand whether people need something easier than a spreadsheet but much smaller than monthly contractor software.
Do most people use notes, spreadsheets, Jobber/Housecall Pro, or just memory?
