Hey yall just looking for some advice

I’m closing on a house next week and the previous occupants are moving into another house next month the 23rd

They’re asking if they can store some things in the shed in the backyard after I buy the home

Just looking for general advice and my big questions would be how to go about it if he doesn’t pick up his things

Have yall ever had that happen?
