Stay at home mom thinking about finance career

I’ve been a SAHM for basically all of my adult life. I have a bachelors in exercise science, but didn’t do much with it. But, I have found a love for personal finance. In a few years all of my kids will be in school and I’m considering some sort of part-time work in finance.
I don’t want to rip people off and sell whole life insurance or anything like that. I truly would love to just help people and families. Does anyone have advice on what certifications to get and what sort of jobs would fit this description? Not sure I’d be ready to be independent just starting out.

Transferring rollover IRA

Just want to make sure we do this right so we’re not subject to the pro rata rule. So we just have a few thousand sitting in a rollover IRA from my husband’s old job. If we transfer it to my husband’s work 401k, can we immediately put money in an IRA after and convert it to a Roth without paying taxes? We have to do a back door Roth.
