Gift ideas for beloved FIL

My FIL just turned 80 and is an earth angel. He loves to golf but has all the things he needs for that. He very rarely drinks. He likes to choose his own clothing due to texture issues. He loves birds and gardening. Some of the gifts we have given him since I’ve been in the family have been:
-7 ft tall bird feeder
-custom stained glass of his favorite bird
-cushioned kneeling bench for gardening
-breakfast and a private tour of a fabulous garden in our state
-custom golf balls with his face on them
-vintage photos of our city
All of these went over like gangbusters but I’m out of ideas for an upcoming Father’s Day and Christmas. (I plan ahead in case I need to have anything imported or custom made as we live on an island)
It is important to note my in laws are retired and are tech resistant so the video bird feeder, online subscriptions, media that streams don’t work for them. I also tried to gift the entire family a photo shoot for memories but everyone was resistant.
