I haven't used Canva in a few months, and when I tried to log in today with my regular email (used it since 2020), it did the usual "send a code to email" thing. But then it asked for my name I thought it was odd but figured they just changed something, so I didn't think much of it.

Then I realized they basically made me register a brand new account under the same email. All my projects from the last 6 years are just gone.

I tried to contact customer service but it keeps giving me an error: "There was an issue submitting your request. Please try again later."

What are my options? What could have possibly happened? Has anyone dealt with this before?
