37F, Diagnosed in Oct 2025 with T3a,N2,MRF(-).

I completed chemoradiation 30 rounds. Signatera came back negative and MRI results “Near complete response”. No lymph nodes affected and just a small portion of my tumor is still viable. The rest is scar tissue.

I’m currently on 5/8 Folifox (and it’s whopping my ass). I won’t get another scan until Aug or Sept. 10 weeks post last chemo. We are following the JANUS trail.

My team said our goal is obv cancer free but also no surgery. But after reading so much it seems like I would need/want surgery to remove where the tumor was. Initially my tumor was 3.5cm and 10.5cm from AV.

Thanks for reading. Just curious on what other people think.
