I am a sales manager for a hotel and just got notified that they almost doubled my quarterly goal I have to meet to get a bonus, a month into the 2nd quarter and said that they would only pay us 80% of the bonus if 2027 and 2028 business is accounted for in that quarter numbers, they also went down on the percent of how much they would pay us for the bonus.
