I mean as you can see she’s given me a four star so I thought something must be wrong. So I messaged her and this was her response…why do people do this when it goes against my review and stars
So as you can see I have a 95% defect order rate for 3 orders at £1-£2 per item…but they haven’t asked for a refund or a return just complaining…BUT! As you can see in my description it does state all items are second hand and may have faults. And if the item does have a fault I say it does on the live, apart from that I just state it’s second hand…Am I in the wrong or what do I do 🤣🤣
Note: they don’t even reach out to me if something is wrong? They just say something is wrong when I don’t think there was.
