For me they keep their voices low. No loud noises. No weird noises. I can just listen and imagine the scenes. Bliss.

Pretty much anything after season 2 but a few that stand out.

DNA - that computer talking wakes me up.

Blue - the squeeky pipes...

Quarantine- when she does the eye lazer beams. Horrible to sleep to.
