Random thought but it’s Sunday and I have time so thought I’d ask for some opinions.

You hear a lot about fakes on Vinted, especially Ralph Lauren and big brands, but I’ve always wondered how true a problem they are.

AliExpress etc - I understand, no labels being sold for silly amounts but since a lot of popular brands licence their brand for different stores, such as Hugo boss and Tommy Hilfiger/Jeans for T K Max are not the same as one from the Hugo Boss store, is it possible that it’s not so much fakes but rather just different quality levels of these brands.

Levi’s is another big one, I see a lot of chat about fakes and I myself have bought jeans from Vinted and thought hmm these are maybe fake. But the reality is, Levi’s have different quality / productions for Costco, outlets, main stores etc, so might just be that.

The only thing I can’t understand is where people get 100s of one brand from if they aren’t fake?

Is there a Ali express for counterfeit goods that I’m not aware off, and it is in fact easy to get and resell counterfeit clothes, or should we (reader, I) worry less about counterfeits.

Any thoughts?
