I’ve heard this song that has a woman singing the lyrics “I’m so bizarre” many times ever since I was a little kid so throughout the 2010’s. Recently I heard it again in public and when I try to search for the lyrics I can’t find anything and everywhere I search just leads me to “how bizarre” by omc but I’m sure that’s not the song I’m looking for. And I assume it’s a hip hop song and from what I’ve heard it sound like it’s from the 90’s or 2000’s
