Hi all. First time poster and attendee to the Canadian GP. I purchased 2 grandstand weekend tickets in December 2025. As we all know, the race is 3 weeks away and F1 Tickets Store Support is telling me:
>"After further review, we would like to inform you that your tickets will be delivered electronically 5 to 10 days before the event. We will email you with instructions on how to download them closer to the event date."
I replied saying that I paid the $40 fee for shipping and I did not request digital tix. The same person responded saying:
>"All tickets for F1 Canada are electronic."
"The confusion comes from a bug error we faced during the period you placed the order, therefore it looked like you paid 40 CAD when that's not the case. I proceeded correcting the invoice so that it reflect what you actually paid."
There was an attached receipt with the $40 removed.
My question is... is any of this true - that the tickets are electronic? This is a gift and I specifically remember NOT selecting the option for eTickets. I am PISSED.
