Just my curiosity here...
A tenant can be evicted if a close relative of the landlord wants to move in.
What's a close relative?
Assuming uncle Norice's second cousin twice removed fits the bill, how long do they have to stay there before it can be relet? Same question for direct children, assuming Norice doesn't cut it.
If somebody inherits a let property, are they bound by all the rules and timelines set on the original landlord?
(I expect so....)
Absolutely no reason for asking, I just like to explore edge cases to see if things were thought through.
