I have a Toyota Yaris 1.3 with a 2SZ-FE engine. I had a problem today. I connected my OBD2 meter to the car today. It shows a: Cylinder 1 combustion fault. I am going to replace my spark plug with Cylinder 3 and see if it shows up on my OBD2 as a Cylinder 3 fault. If that is the case, it will only be a spark plug replacement; otherwise, I will have to replace the ignition coil. The engine looks neat otherwise (unfortunately no photo). Does this sound like a good idea?
