I went for a really long hike yesterday and my toenails got pretty bruised. Now my big toes stings/burns/throbs extremely intensely so much so that I cannot sleep. The pain is 7.5/10. What do I do?? My big toe doesn’t look particularly bad but the pain is unbearable.
