How tf am I getting assignment graded notifications when I can’t open my canvas?

I applied for an SSN card fours weeks ago, but I never received the card even though I could see from my informed delivery notification that SSA sent out one after 3 days of applying. After waiting for two weeks, I called the SSA center and they said they will reissue one since theres no corrections on it. its been two weeks since I asked for a reissue, but I have not recieved any mail, nothing on informed delivery as well. How do I proceed? do I go in for a replacement? or ask for another reissue?
