What am i doing wrong (as a tank)

Danni infilitti media agli eroi 10 min = damage to heroes per 10 mins i mostly finish top in my team in dmg and either 1 or 2 in kills i play mainly sigma or domina but i can swap to orisa ramattra and mauga decently well i was once plat 1 and i thougth thath was around my level but then i started dropping all the way to silver and idk what to do to get back up

Hero Profile: D.Mon (Yuna Lee)
Role: Tank | Health: 400 HP + 400 Armor (800 Total) | Hitbox: Colossal (Superior to Reinhardt)
Subrole: Stalwart

Weapon: Plasma Burner
Primary Fire (Direct): A high-intensity short-range beam (similar to a fully charged Zarya). Unlike most beams, this can deal critical damage on headshots.

Secondary State (Floor Slip): If aimed at the ground, the plasma "slips" and expands.
Effect: Range increases to Sigma-primary distance; width expands to a Roadhog-ult cone.

Utility: Bypasses "floating" shields (Sigma, certain Rein angles) by sliding underneath. And can hit multiple targets at once

Trade-off: Significantly lower damage than direct hits.

Mechanic: Overheat: Infinite ammo, but uses a heat gauge (like Orisa).
Danger: If the bar maxes out, D.Mon suffers Self-Burn Damage until the bar resets.

Abilities
Ability 1: Plasma Shield
A personal deployable shield (375 HP) similar to Brigitte’s.

Strengths: Protects D.Mon’s massive crit-box (the cockpit). And has high regen per sec

Weakness: Small surface area and hp pool, does not cover her entire massive frame. When broken, it has a 2s lockout before regenerating at 100 HP/sec.

Penalty: D.Mon’s movement speed is heavily penalized while the shield is active.

Ability 2: Rocket Boost
A heavy-duty thruster engagement using the shiled to protect herself and damage enemies
Higher damage and knockback than D.VA’s but slower travel speed and and narrower turn radius.

Ability 3: Microbots
Passive Regen: On activation, nanobots trigger a slow, sustained heal-over-time for D.Mon to sustain her through the Overheat phase or heavy fire.

Ultimate: Ignition Protocol
D.Mon enters a high-mobility flight mode.
Duration: Heat generation is disabled (infinite maximum output).

Finisher: Upon landing (or when the timer expires), she slams into the ground, creating briefly a massive 360° Floor Firezone Made of her secondary fire that deals area-of-effect damage over time.

PERKS-

Perk 1

Long Range Ray: Gain a secondary fire "sniper" beam. Low damage, low heat, can crit.

Meltdown: While in Overheat mode, all attacks deal 15% more damage to Armor.

Perk 2
Reinforced Shell: Health pool shifts to 500 Armor / 300 Shields (for faster recovery).

Siphon Feed: Direct Crits with the Plasma Burner
Decrease the heat of your weapon

Her playstyle i think is like an hybrid brawl poke focused on applaying pressure both to the tank and the squishies from close to mid range.
