Hi everyone, I’m a UCLA PhD student and I’m looking to sublease my room in Weyburn Terrace this summer because I’ll be away for an internship.
It is one bedroom in a 2B2B apartment with a private bathroom. The room is furnished with basic furniture, including a desk, chair, bed, and lamp. The apartment has a shared kitchen and living room, and the kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Laundry is available in the building.
The available dates are flexible between June 10 and September 20. Longer stays are preferred, but the exact start and end dates are negotiable.
The location is very convenient. It is close to the UCLA shuttle stop, the Weyburn mailroom, UCLA campus, Whole Foods, Target, Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, 99 Ranch, and many restaurants in Westwood. It is about a 15–20 minute walk to campus, and the shuttle stop is only a short walk away.
Utilities are included. The rent will be below the official UCLA Housing rate and can be discussed depending on the lease duration.
The sublease will follow UCLA Housing’s official process. The subtenant should be a current student and meet UCLA Housing requirements.
