A question regarding the account
Good evening,
I have a question regarding what I believe is an unjust account ban, as well as what options I have if support does not respond or help resolve my issue.
My main account has always been used only by me, and I have never played on any other FACEIT accounts.
I simply purchased a computer from a friend who previously used FACEIT on it.
I would also like to mention that the ban on my main account is permanent
My question is: if support does not respond or is unable to resolve my case, will I be able to create a new account after 6 months and verify it with my own documents? I have not violated any rules and I only want to play on the platform.
