i eat a deficit everyday but somehow i've gained like 4 lbs in the past few months. i don't have easy access to a gym but i do plenty of walking around.

is my metabolism just cooked or is there something im overlooking? i want to lose around 10 lbs to look better in my clothes, but im at a healthy weight right now.

any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙏🙏
