I am pretty happy where my stomach is in terms of slimness after losing weight but I lost all my glutes and thighs even though I had been glute dominant before the weight loss, should I be in a slight lean bulk to grow them back? At this point in my journey I don’t mind not being at a low body fat percentage and being super lean, I just want to keep my waist as thin as possible while still having noticeable glutes.
