I have a problem with my Dreame Bot L10 Pro robot vacuum.
For the past 3 months, it has been stopping during cleaning and shutting down completely. It does not respond to the buttons until I manually place it back on the charging dock.
This usually happens when the battery level is between 78% and 73%, with the suction power set to maximum.
When I put it back on the charging dock and open the app, I noticed that it charges very quickly and reaches 100% in a very short time, whereas previously charging used to take much longer.
Anyway, I contacted a lithium battery repair specialist and explained the issue to him. He told me that one or more cells might be damaged. I sent him the battery, and he said he would repair it.
After a short time, he called me and said the repair was done and that the issue was indeed caused by faulty cells.
I reinstalled the battery, charged it to 100%, and ran the vacuum, but the problem still persists. I used it at medium suction power with the battery at 55%, then increased the suction power, and the vacuum shut down just like before and became unresponsive.
I charged it again to 100%, then used it in the hallway with medium suction power and a single cleaning cycle. This time it completed the job and returned to the charging dock normally, with 50% battery remaining.
