Hello all!
I recently landed a position as a student lab technician for a well established company in my area. I’m in my first year of engineering. The job allows me to work part time during school, and full time during breaks. I’m a bit conflicted as I hear employers prefer for students to have several internships done, rather than one full time job. But the job itself is very beneficial and I can’t see myself immediately quitting.
Would it be best for me to prioritize this job? Or to focus on getting internships?
