Hi Friends
After a failed FET in February and subsequent hysteroscopy about 1.5 months ago and a Receptiva test (through Cicero Diagnostics) a little over a week ago with results received last night from my doctor… They came in at 3.4 when threshold is 1.4. Additionally the Integrin Beta 3 came in at 3.0 when threshold is less than 0.7.
My doctor wants to adjust the original proposed 10 to 14 days of Lupron prior to a fully medicated cycle to 3-4 weeks of Lupron and then move on to the medicated cycle…. After testing positive for BCL6, has anyone made further lifestyle changes in conjunction to doing the Lupron that you felt played a part in a positive beta / successful pregnancy?
I’m adding curcumin until the transfer to my vitamin stack that already includes prenatal Choline, prenatal vitamin (obvi), fish oil, CoQ10 and magnesium..and then just tightening my lifestyle including nutrition and exercise. Which I’ve been doing for the last few weeks before results came back.
Any advise, suggestions, or experiences would be greatly appreciated
