Is there an ability to work time limits into the plans (not just in free runs)? I’m doing the return to running plan right now and there doesn’t appear to be an option for that. I’ve done previous race training block plans and I don’t remember that being an option either. 3 days a week I only have a shorter timeframe to fit in runs and I still really want to utilize those times for runs as they’re my only child free times (parenthood, amiright? An infant and a 4yo at home makes it difficult to fit in runs time wise or energy wise). I thrive in routine and planning, so having to utilize the free run/add a run option just wouldn’t be an ideal situation for me.
